Whether big or small, a food pairing experience can be life-changing for every guest. We adore food and flavors, and we’re here to help you create a unique pairing experience at your venue.
Yes, we will eagerly sample your food and see what’s available. We might suggest some new ideas or help create exciting new drinks—who knows? One thing is for sure: we’ll uncover the best of what you have and find ways to make it shine. 
Here’s how our delightful journey will unfold:
- First Visit: We’ll spend 1.5 hours exploring and analyzing your food menu, drinks menu, and guest flow.
- Second Visit: During a 2-hour session, we’ll discuss our proposed food pairings.
- Third Visit: In a 1-hour visit, we'll round up suggestions and finalize pairings.
Additionally, we provide a 1-hour training session for your floor manager and specific staff members to ensure everyone is on the same flavorful page.
For extra visits or training sessions, there is an additional charge of £80.00 per hour. For menu pairing creations outside London’s central area, travel expenses will be charged.
